Quality Policy
Lemissoler’s Quality management system is aimed at continuous improvement of its service and customer satisfaction. Lemissoler is committed to provide high quality services. All shore based and shipboard personnel are encouraged to communicate in an open and clear manner throughout all levels of it’s organization in the conduct of internal and external affairs as described in the Safety and Quality Management System.

 

Quality Objectives

Lemissoler has established quality objectives that address requirements for the ship management services that it provides. The quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy. The top management shall review and revise these objectives whenever necessary, but at least once a year in order to ensure their suitability. Quality objectives are subject to review and revisions and will be communicated throughout the organization at regular intervals.

Lemissoler’s Quality Objectives focus on safety, environmental protection the provision of quality services in accordance to contractual arrangements and customer satisfaction with a view on constant improvement. These include:  

  • Provide services in accordance with the Quality Management System, and the ship management agreement
  • Maintain the vessels to an agreed standard in order to preserve it’s value 
  • Keep owners informed about all aspects of their vessel including maintenance, costs, availability and operational capability as well as any deviation from agreed standards or budgets 
  • Provide officers and crew of a high standard for the vessels and control that applicable education, training and qualification requirements are fulfilled 
  • Allocate the resources necessary to render the contracted services 
  • Aim for safe, environmentally friendly and quality services to its clients to provide uninterrupted ship operations and zero losses 
  • Provide cost efficient services 
  • Strive for continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System 

Statement of Commitment of the Management

The Management shall provide evidence of their commitment to the development and implementation of the quality management System and continually improving its effectiveness by:

  • Communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Establishing the quality policy. 
  • Ensuring that quality objectives are established 
  • Conducting management reviews 
  • Ensuring the availability of resources
