Ship owning has a long standing tradition within the Lemissoler Group and has been a main division over the years. The rapid expansion of the company in regards to the number of vessels owned has allowed the group to move forward. The Lemissoler Group in 2008 partnered up with Venture Capital Bank in order to further expand in the ship owning sector.

The Company is a joint venture with Venture Capital Bank of the Kingdom of Bahrain based in Manama. Its objective is the investment in shipping assets. As of May 2009 the Company owns nine vessels. The Company is managed by Lemissoler Shipmanagement Ltd.
