To accomplish this, emphasis is given on personnel feedback, personnel suggestions, personnel education, and training.
At the same time, we have set strict targets concerning incidents onboard, personnel retention rate as well as relevant findings during external audits and inspections.
Occurrences are thoroughly investigated, shared with the entire fleet, and included in the Management Reviews to be discussed.
This process leads to further refinement of our procedures, policies and of our training material, and consequently to a higher level of safety and personnel well-being.
