 Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Act as the senior legal advisor of the Group, proactively safeguarding the Group and its clients from legal and regulatory risks that may arise of a business activity. 
  • Oversee, manage and coordinate all legal proceedings, including liaising with external legal counsel and other advisors and providing strategic legal advice on legal issues to senior management. 
  • Ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance of the Group and its subsidiaries across all jurisdictions of operation. 
  • Maintain and supervise corporate governance and statutory compliance for all Group Companies, incl. corporate records, filings, resolutions and regulatory submissions. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaise with the registrar, the ministries, the banks, external lawyers, external consultants, associates, service providers and clients on all legal and corporate matters. 
  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of legal documentation, incl but not limited on commercial agreements, corporate documents, financing and security documents, formal correspondence and legal notices. 
  • Conduct legal research and analysis and specific matters relevant to the Group’s core activities. 
  • Oversee and support the opening, maintenance, and administration of bank accounts, including KYC, compliance documentation, and coordination with financial institutions. 
  • Monitor legal and regulatory, particularly in shipping, maritime law, corporate law, and compliance, and proactively advise the Group on the impact of such developments. 
  • Act as Corporate Secretary of the Group companies, ensuring proper corporate governance, board support, and compliance with statutory and internal requirements. 

Key Qualifications 

  • University degree in Law. 
  • Master’s degree in Corporate Law will be considered an advantage. 
  • Demonstrated experience and exposure to corporate law matters, including corporate governance, statutory compliance, and due diligence processes. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in legal role with similar responsibilities. Strong organizational and project management skills, capacity to be detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. 
  • Fluent in Greek and English. 
  • Strong Computer literacy

We are seeking an Electrical and Electronic Superintendent to join our Technical departmentbased in Limassol, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Technical Superintendents in managing electricaland electronic systems across various vessels, with flexible assignments.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee vessel electrical/electronic systems for safety and performance. 
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and dry docking. 
  • Inspect vessels every 18 months and address technical issues. 
  • Train shipboard staff during visits. 
  • Hanle procurement for spares/repairs, approving suppliers and costs. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and ISM Code. 
  • Support IT/OT equipment and join audits/drills as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Electrical Engineering degree with 3+ years’ office experience in maritime or technical operations OR ETO with 2+ years’ sea service. 
  • Fluent English and good communication. 
  • Strong leadership, especially in emergencies. 
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and vessel operations. 
  • Procurement and budget skills. 
  • Flexible to travel and work irregular hours. 
  • Team player with management skills. 

A strong candidate without experience can start as Assistant Superintendent and grow into the full role.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Crew Coordinator to manage and coordinate all crew-related activities for our fleet. This role ensures smooth crew changes, compliance with certifications, and efficient administration of crew documentation, visas, and contracts. The ideal candidate has experience in the shipping industry, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor crew contract expiration dates and plan crew changes on assigned ships accordingly.
  • Inform and advise ship’s Masters in crew related matters.
  • Verify readiness of planned on-signers.
  • Check validity of their required crew certification.
  • Liaise with ship commands and manning agents for the organisation of crew changes.
  • Apply for, monitoring, and processing crew flag state certification.
  • Arrange visas as necessary.
  • Book flights.
  • Prepare crew contracts of employment.
  • Maintain up-to-date the crewing data base.
  • Verify and approve related invoices.
  • Manage crew health insurance administration.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in shipping industry in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
  • Strong computer skills (Mandatory Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, pro-active and detailed oriented.

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. 
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment. 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies. 
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. 
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms for meetings and events. 
  • Prepare the kitchen for the staff lunches. 
  • Watering the plants. 
  • Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and notify the Office Manager of any restocking needs. 
  • Prepare requisition supplies for supermarkets. 
  • Notify the Office Manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. 
  • Follow all safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping (preferred but not required). 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently. 
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift lightweight cleaning equipment.
