We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and legal/business documents.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
  • Organize events such as staff meetings and corporate gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

We are seeking an Electrical and Electronic Superintendent to join our Technical departmentbased in Limassol, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Technical Superintendents in managing electricaland electronic systems across various vessels, with flexible assignments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vessel electrical/electronic systems for safety and
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and dry
  • Inspect vessels every 18 months and address technical
  • Train shipboard staff during
  • Hanle procurement for spares/repairs, approving suppliers and
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and ISM
  • Support IT/OT equipment and join audits/drills as

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering degree with 3+ years’ office experience in maritime or technical operations OR ETO with 2+ years’ sea service.
  • Fluent English and good
  • Strong leadership, especially in
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and vessel
  • Procurement and budget
  • Flexible to travel and work irregular
  • Team player with management

A strong candidate without experience can start as Assistant Superintendent and grow into the full role.

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain the corporate records for all the Companies of the Group and clients of the Group.
• Act as the corporate secretary of the Companies of the Group, prepare board meetings, minutes, and shareholder resolutions.
• Liaise with the Registrar, ministries, banks, external lawyers, consultants, service providers, and clients regarding any legal or corporate matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and/or provide input on letters, legal notices, straightforward agreements, and key company documents.
• Perform legal research and analysis in areas relevant to the core activities of the Group and its clients.
• Open and maintain bank accounts.
• Keep statutory books and registers (e.g. directors, members, secretaries) accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and manage execution of corporate documents such as resolutions, share certificates, powers of attorney, and related forms.
• Maintain well-organized records of all corporate, legal, and KYC documentation.
• Support general compliance tasks and assist with client communications on corporate matters. 

Candidate Profile 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration, ideally within a group of companies, law firm, service provider, or a company in a regulated industry such as shipping.
• Exposure to corporate and company law matters, due diligence, and KYC procedures.
• Solid understanding of how the Cyprus Registrar of Companies operates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organized, with clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally confident using technology.
• A law degree or legal background is not required.

Candidate Profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Shipping, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. 
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in shipping, global markets, and strategic decision-making. 
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional growth.
