Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the Executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and various forms of communication on behalf of the Executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and address any issues during travel.
  • Provide Executives with necessary documents, briefings, and background information. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of events, such as workshops, business functions, and staff events.Handle unexpected situations and make decisions on behalf of the Executives when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain documents, files, and other important records.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Executives and other colleagues within the company.
  • Actively contribute to fostering a positive and cohesive work environment through effective collaboration with team members.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications and ensure the polished presentation of documents, emails, and other materials.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant office gadgets and applications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
